Lumbra was founded in 2009 by Ricardo Velez and Ricardo Molina, who recognized a need in the Caribbean region for the supply of quality medical equipment at a competitive price, and with reliable and effective service support.They brought their service and finance backgrounds together to establish HTSI, and build a team of professionals across Puerto Rico, Barbados, Trinidad and St. Lucia with the capability to provide sales and service support to all the islands in the region.The LED lighting and energy business soon followed in response to a growing demand in the region.They remain committed to their founding values of quality equipment at competitive prices, with excellent service support
